Wrong Language in Rich Text Editor Menus

The Rich Text Editor's font menu (shown below) displays its titles in the language specified in the browser's properties.

If the font menu displays these menus in a wrong language, check the brower's Language settings. In Internet Explorer, you can access the Language settings from the Tools » Internet Options dialog:
